HOW DOES THE CONSULTATION PROCESS WORK?

Everyone gets one FREE 20-minute consultation with me to help determine which of my programs and /or services would be best for you and your goals.

Nutrition Consultations are 20 or 30 minutes long and are meant to really dive deep into your current nutrition habits and routines. In these consultations, I will speak with you one-on-one about what type of "diet" is best for your body type and goals and help you understand what you need to adjust in your at-home nutrition.

WHAT IF I DO NOT SEE A PROGRAM OR BUNDLE THAT WORKS FOR ME?

Currently, I have 3 Program options available on my website: The Basic Plan, PRO Plan and ELITE Plan.

If you are looking for a different Program or Service (running program: 1/2 marathon or marathon training), no worries, I got you!

You can Book a Consultation Call with me and I will create a unique Program for you with your workout preferences

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Sessions will start at the agreed upon time. If you are more than 10 minutes overdue for your session and fail to communicate your tardiness with Personal Trainer, Heather Sorenson, she will be no longer obligated to fulfill the time commitment allotted for your session. More than 10 minutes late without communication will be considered a “No Show” thus resulting in a bill being generated for the missed appointment. Sessions needing to be rescheduled by the client with less than 24 hours from the time of the appointment will be subject to the cancellation policy listed above.

I ask that if you have to cancel a Zoom Call (Consultation or 1-on-1 LIVE Workout) that you cancel at least 1 hour before the scheduled time so I can give your spot to someone on my wait-list.

There is a 24 hour cancellation notice and that I will be billed for this scheduled time if I do not cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and/or should I fail to show up for the session. Cancellations made directly to the trainer via phone, text or email, regarding an appointment will also be subject to the cancellation policy.

CAN I PAY IN CASH?

Cash payments are not accepted. All payments must be made online at the time of the session or when program is purchased. No payment installments will be accepted.

The safest way to keep myself and my clients from scams is to avoid mailing issues. Currently, all other services and programs are virtual.

ARE PAYMENTS REOCCURRING

My Fitness Programs are month-to-month payments, and will automatically be charged each month unless you cancel with at least 5 days notice. There is no cancellation fee and no long-term commitment.


DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL SERVICES?

Yes. Currently, all of my Nutritional Services are paired with Fitness Programs for optimal results. If you are looking ONLY for a Nutrition Plan, you can book a Consultation with me and we can put together a unique program that fits your goals!



HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PROGRAM?

The average turn-around time to receive your Program materials is 24-48 hours from your purchase date. Some Fitness and Nutrition Plans vary and can be completed as soon as 12 hours!

Your Program will be emailed directly to you as soon as I am done putting it together, and you can get started THAT DAY!

What sets my services apart from others is that you will have a unique program that no one else has, designed for you and your goals. In order to have access to my programs you will need to download the trainerize app Customized programs require that I reach out and obtain some personal information to create. Without that information, I cannot put together or send out your program.


WHY CAN’T I BOOK AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT?

If you try to Book an appointment and you are unable to, it may be because your requested time slot is already filled by another client of mine, or I am not available at that time.
