The Basic Plan is best for those who already have a Nutrition Plan and just need help with what workouts to do and the motivation to do them! With this plan, we will start off with a 30-minute Consultation Zoom Call (that you will be prompted to schedule with me within the next 1-2 days) so I can put together a customized Program based on your goals . After our Zoom Call, (within 24 hrs) you will receive 5 completely customized and different workouts that you will cycle through for the following 30 days. In addition to your customized Workout Program, you will also get a Workout Calendar, which will tell you exactly which workout to do and when--including your Rest Days! Each month thereafter, you will continue to get 5 NEW Workouts and a new tailored Workout Calendar.
