Certified Athletic Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and Accountability Partner

I strive to live in a world where physical activity is a normal part of life, where food is used as medicine to feed the body/soul and where trying new things is a welcome challenge for all. As a certified Athletic and Personal Trainer for the past 15+ years, I have worked with a variety of clients with goals that vary from losing weight to regaining functional movement for activities they love.

I pride myself as a successful Trainer & Nutritionist because I truly believe that EVERYONE is uniquely different, and therefore has different needs. This is why I customize each Program to my client's needs, goals and lifestyle.

My online fitness services have grown and brought forth results from years of passion and dedication. I am here to help you create amazing physical transformations, while building sustainable health habits. These important habits allow those on my training programs not only to achieve their ideal body, but to also foster a healthy energy and vitality that makes any task in life easier to accomplish.

When I am not in the gym creating exercise programs to help individuals build their strength and stamina, you can find me in the kitchen whipping up delicious gluten-free recipes, indulging in a sweat detoxing exercise routine or spending precious time with my two children
