As a certified Athletic and Personal Trainer for the past 15+ years, I have worked with a variety of clients with goals that vary from losing weight to regaining functional movement for activities they love.

When I am not in the gym creating exercise programs to help individuals build their strength and stamina, you can find me in the kitchen whipping up delicious gluten-free recipes, indulging in a sweat detoxing exercise routine or spending precious time with my two children
